Questions about pricing
The questions we are asked most often about the amount.
Why are prices not displayed?
Because a random price is a bad price. The amount depends on size, condition, frequency and tasks. We prefer an exact quote within 24 hours to a range that doubles at invoice time. The full grid will be published once validated.
Is travel charged?
Not within the main Greater Agadir area. Outside it, travel is shown separately in the quote before the visit.
Are equipment and products included?
Yes, always. The quote only lists exceptional items separately: rubble removal, anti-mould treatment, linen supplied for an Airbnb changeover.
How do I pay?
Cash or bank transfer at the end of the service, or at the end of the month on invoice for regular contracts and businesses.
Is a regular rate cheaper?
Yes. The hourly rate drops from a half-day and further on a weekly or fortnightly plan, because travel and setup are amortised.
