A written scope first
Every quote lists the rooms, included tasks and duration. What is not written is not promised.
About · Agadir
A local team, not a platform.
NovaClean is a small structure based in Agadir. We select the cleaners, write the scope with you and remain your single point of contact if something goes wrong.
No app to install, no anonymous matching, no different person every week. The model is simple: fewer clients, better follow-up.
About · Agadir
What is written is what gets done.
Cleaners we know
We work with a small core of trained, regular people, not an open directory.
A check after the visit
On regular plans, we check quality and contact you. A problem is handled with us, not with the cleaner.
Prices that do not move
The quoted amount is the invoiced amount. A last-minute addition must be approved before it is charged.
Our commitments
These commitments are written into the quote. They are not marketing lines that disappear at invoice time.
Read the commitmentsVetted cleaners
Identity and references checked before the first visit. The same person comes back whenever possible.
Equipment and products supplied
The cleaner arrives with her equipment and products. You have nothing to prepare or buy.
